Check in and manage your booking
Say you have arrived, cancel if you cannot make it, and what happens if you miss it.
Before your time
Your booking page shows the day and time, and when check-in opens. The business may send a reminder the day before, or a notice if they are running late.
Check in when you arrive
A few minutes before your time, the page shows I'm here. Tap it when you arrive and you join the line with your booking's priority. Some businesses ask you to scan the QR code at the counter instead.
Cancel a booking
Tap Cancel my place on your booking page. Please cancel early. Late cancellations may count as a missed booking.
If you miss it
If you do not check in before the grace time ends, the booking expires. You can still tap Join as a walk-in to get in line now, without priority.
Reserving a pitch or court
Pitches and courts use Reserve a block. Enter your Group size when booking. When your session starts, your ticket shows the time the field is yours until.
