Terms of Use

1. Service

Dawrak is a web-based queue management platform operated by Dawrak. These Terms govern your use of dawrak.live and all related services.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Business operators

If you use Dawrak to manage a queue for your business, you are responsible for:

• How you collect and use customer data (names and phone numbers).
• Complying with applicable data protection laws, including KVKK where relevant.
• Informing your customers that their information is processed through Dawrak.

4. Free plan

The Free plan is provided at no charge, subject to the usage limits stated in the product. We may change these limits with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use Dawrak to facilitate illegal activity.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service.
• Create fake or bulk customer queue entries.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but make no guarantee of uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or deploy updates without prior notice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from the Settings page.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dawrak's liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months (or EUR 100 if you are on the Free plan).

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Turkish law. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
