Customer scans the QR
A small sticker at your door holds a QR code. The customer scans it with their phone camera and enters their name. That's it — they're in the queue. Prefer to plan ahead? They can book a time from your link and check in when they arrive.
They follow their turn from outside
A boarding-pass-style page tells them their position and estimated wait. They can grab a coffee next door or run errands.
Smart alert before their turn
A direct notification inside the waiting page, with the option to enable browser push alerts when their turn approaches. They come back at exactly the right time — no delay, no chaos.

Walk-in customers join from the QR at your door or from the same link you post on WhatsApp, Instagram, or Google Maps. They get a live ticket in the browser and can wait wherever they like.

Share the booking link
Each queue gets its own link. Set opening hours, slot length, how far ahead people can book, and how much of the day stays open for walk-ins.

A day-by-day slot picker in the customer's language. Name, phone, and email are required; a note or group size is optional.

The booking page shows an I'm here button when the window opens, or the customer scans your QR. Missed check-ins expire on their own after the grace period.

Checked-in bookings get priority, but never more than the number you allow before the next walk-in. Walk-in tickets say when a booking is ahead of them.
